At Atlas Pet Company, we want you and your companion to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or wear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5 business days.
